Nice article. We do continue growing after the age of 21, but usually only in the mid-torso area.

Going to try body inversion and getting more sleep.

A very practical analysis of height increase. Being barely 5'4" I left the height problem to destiny. When I used to have flight training lessons I don't have problems banging my head on the aircraft ceiling. Flying taught me to accept that I get the edge to be taller than all living humans in the planet when I take off with the plane.

this was interesting. I know when I have done an hour of yoga I feel taller! I think it is because I become more aware of my posture!
